Rarely. I like old Tomb Raider, Metroid, Nier, and now Stellar Blade.
That is it. Personally I feel a bit dislocated when playing as a girl, part of the gameplay experience is you controlling the character therefore you being the character. I have no qualms with management games or strategy games.

I do enjoy female protag games, whether it's lesbian, straight or mixed content.
I like to set my playing experience on a different perspective and I noticed a significant difference, if the story is written by a female dev as well.
These are the best ones i.m.h.o. but unfortunaly very rare a.f.a.i.k.

I used to, but now I'm done. I'll still multi-protag, but not female protag.

Mostly, the overwhelming majority (or my horrible luck) is that most female protag are (pick 1 or several):
-Being humiliated / raped
-Fuck old / fat / ugly LI
-Ice Age level slow burn

Then add my subjective bias against non-Ren'py games (which probably disqualifies some great games)... and the win / lose ratio just doesn't add up for me. But I do hope that fem-pro lovers keep enjoying the games...

I don't really see the appeal unless the game is interesting as a non-ero game. For example, Lilith's Throne is pretty interesting whether you play as a male or a female just because the setting is interesting.

No, I don't. The only female protag games i played are some japanese and even then i got bored fast and just skipped text for text.

I don't mind female protags for mainstream games, but in porn games i just can't.

Same. Gender doesn't matter to me when the game is about killing zombies, racing cars or jumping on platforms but if it's about sex, I personally can't identify enough with the goal to get into it.
