I would like them but medieval fantasy worlds many times bore me. But there are only few of these games and I would like to see more like them just with better storytelling .

I have seen some gilf games where they look worse than actual horror monster girls. So most monster girls aren't a problem for me.

Yes please. So many games are still sticking to a real life setting which is fine but often leads to very predictable story lines.
