Personally prefer realistic proportions. But not a deal breaker if there are SOME, not all, characters with larger proportions if it is what the story dictates. But to have a character with a size 2 waist with a cup size of double Z's? No thank you.

I definitely prefer realistic proportions but slightly exaggerated is still acceptable. The ridiculously large size of breasts has stopped me from playing more than a few games I'd otherwise be interested in.

Do a little, don't exaggerate, for example some tits are too big, the character's penis already exaggerates like the size of a horse. Make it normal, big or small, no problem.

Most of the time I prefer normal proportions but every now and then I like some ridiculously proportioned characters like you see in Terminal Desires or Ballad of Outstanding Bimbo Sorcery.

Yes, though it really depends on if I like the art, but when its good its great. Outmaneuver! NN Pick-up Beach is one of my favorite games art-wise, at least for the main girls, the NPCs aren't so great in that game.

If a game suddenly starts pulling out mammories which cover their entire torso or something of the sort that is a very fast way for me to just go "nah I am good" similarily with massive asses or thighs, something about extreme proportions like that just don't appeal to me and instead make me leave a game alone.

I don't like exaggerated body parts, but it depends on whether it is a game with realistic graphics or not. In a parody game I don't mind because it can be funny.

I like my situations to be somewhat unrealistic and/or taboo, but I prefer my body types to more mirror what you would find in reality, I don't mind a bit of exaggeration though.

I don't mind a bit of extra endowment, as long as it's reasonable. Girls should be able to fit their tits and hips through a doorway without the aid of a demolition crew, MC can have a dick that can give a horse a run for it's money but not so big that it becomes a useless piece of meat that can't fit in anyone/anything.

No, exaggerated features (like so many AVNs I see with women who have tits bigger than my whole torso) are an immediate no, and I won't even bother checking them out. Unfortunately it seems to be the case though for every male MC damn near that I've ever seen. Always with the horse cock that no real normal human has ever had. I wish more games would be more realistic with this as well.
