You might be using the wrong terminology for what you're looking for to be honest.

Bestiality is 'sex with animals' which with MB/FH is considered mainstream and consensual while MH/FB or MH/MB is considered niche and nonconsensual.
Zoophilia is 'love with animals' which doesn't align with MB/FH as much and for MH/FB and MH/MB is considered more 'acceptable' and consensual so what you're talking about fall more into 'zoo'.

You're also saying no to Furry, but furry feral would also slot into what you're looking for. Furry feral being more animalistic than furry anthro which is more humanoid. So that would be the sub-genre of MHOFF vs MHOFA

This also spins off into specific fandoms of furry like pokephilia is zoophilia of pokemon as an example (see the pokemon games on the site).

There's also regional laws to consider. I think Zoo content is illegal in general like **** content due to the connotation of animal abuse (thus the bestiality v zoophilia divide) except in parts of Europe.

In short, I think you underestimate the levels of degeneracy of people.

If you're looking for games then there are zoo games out there, but there are more in the furry or TF sphere and typically are text based.

Flexible Survival has some content in this vein as it has feral content, but its in the TF sphere so its less animals and people turned animal,
Mentioned previously Degrees of Lewdity has some content, but since its focused more on male-sub its limited.

hosted over on F95. It just got an update, the updates aren't super regular but it's come quite a way since it started.

beyond that one most of what you'll find out there for games will be things leaning far more anthro like Wild Life. Otherwise there are some Skyrim mods that would be pretty close to what you're looking for, but you'll have to dig on
