Slice of Venture games are very good and focus pretty much entirely on besti content. Then there's always Degrees of Lewdity which i will never get tired of mentioning, but that comes with a bunch of other kinks first, namely loss of agency.
If you're feeling particularly weird, Teraurge is also fantastic, it's all about like actually monstrous looking monsters. Most characters are perfectly sentient and live in a society, but there's also a few encounters which absolutely do not pass the Harkness test

Yes, if I can actually find a game that does it well. Haven’t really found a decent 3D game that has it. More importantly age taboo stuff with beast would be lovely.

I have to say I liked it in some of those adventure games, like Bones Tales The mansion. If it's nicely done why not.
