About 10 days ago my discord profile got a yellow card because a discord server violated community guidelines and the violation will have effect for 2 years (i'm not the only one in this situation).

I asked to discord team to review my punishment, explaining i didn't write anything on the server, i didn't download anything, i didn't upload anything and i also didn't pay using the bot (all this is the truth).

Today they answered me:
We confirmed that your content violated our rules. Following your request, we reviewed your content and confirmed that it violates our Community Guidelines. The violation will continue to effect your account until it expires.

My content?

Yep, I got the same answer.

They don't care. Being there is enough for them.

Right now they are panicking because they allow convos about political violence. Amazing how pixels trigger these cowards. I also remember that on the banned artists channel, all the loli preview renders were faces only and there was no chatting about their sexuality. I see the days of all AVN devs numbered there because someone is actively sabotaging them.

I see you have left Discord and want us to join you at Revolt.chat
Nope, just stating fact which is why I run a very clean Discord server now without any renders.

All Discord cares about was that they were a member of the server in question. What they did there doesn't matter.

Oh, shit, my bad, it's the Lirius Art channel I'm in.
While I have you here though, how are you going getting an official port for Thirty seconds?

you joined the room & that, by default makes it "your content" because you made the adult, logical, rational choice to check the little box when you joined discord that said "I agree to the terms of service"

so, the only choice is: delete your account & make new one for lewd & one for none lewd servers.

Yeah I'm fully on the fuck Discord bus and have never liked their clunky ass anti VPN interface.
I'm thinking AVN's especially those with our niche interests are not well suited for Clearnet moderation
or communications and soon must migrate to a Dark-web forum where all may be permissible again.
I'd suggest an invite only set up where the current mods of LC could review the history of users here
and choose by time put in, activity, donations or other data and send the worthy links to follow in
the Underverse (cool name eh?).
I'd hit up the top donors and the tech savvy to see if it would be worth spending a little time to invest
resources in to getting something going that is NOT AT ALL regulated or so easy to sabotage or torn
down by the current crowd of loud normie bitches who fund, moderate and crusade over the
plight of the pixels while lording their ability to bend other adults over the knee of their hypocritical
'superior' morality.
As I see it we need to make the Dark Web accessible and find a way for the devs to profit from there
because the end is nigh, Clearnet is closing down on anything with even fictional loli content.
Evolution does not favor the herd or the strong but those most adaptable to change.

I thought it was easy... big mistake
I read that you need to keep two separate accounts. Discord has not to understand they are the same user, because if one account gets banned, the other can get banned too.
The only way i know to do that, it is always use a VPN for one account, but Discord doesn't like VPN, so i might receive a verification code and so i can't use a temporary email and phone number.
It's all so complicated. 😵‍💫

common discord L, the platform feels like it gets worse and worse each year. I cant wait something else to replace it already

'Crime' by association. Thought policing only as far as I'm aware, but better keep up with local laws.

I didn't even try to dispute it, I just deleted my account the day I got that BS violation notice. I'm not going to use a platform/service that blames me for the actions of others.

Don't feel bad you're not alone they did the same thing to me.

I don't get the whining here. You actively joined a server clearly had content not allowed on Discord (and most other sites). It was your decision to join there knowing the risks. And some even used their main account for that.... And now the arguing is almost like you got a traffic fine for driving on the wrong side on a motorway and you're claiming it wasn't you but the car.
Well, I probably will get scolded here. But in the end it is what it is: something no one cares in a few weeks/months

You have point, but I think you misunderstand how the content is handled. There is no content against in the actual server, it would simply just be reported and channel deleted after human reviews it and deem it guilty. Your example is more akin to someone posting anti-tos content and telling discord its their fault for allowing it.

This hardly feels fair for anyone cause it assumes you have vet the whole server including private roles / channels or risk getting associated. Ultimately I think it will lead to people making burner accounts and sharing any materials across all groups instead of the age gate they have now.

Banning talking / linking to content outside their tos would only be band aid as can you link to a site that links to another site etc and most importantly it is impossible to enact since anyone can join and do the 'evil deed'.

I don't have any problems in my discord as of yet... Playing PoT and the isle... War thunder..and wotb 🤔

Don't get me wrong, I can feel you and would be also pissed if it happend to me. But it is what it is: joining his server was risky. I try another example: You got fake money without knowing. And now you're trying to pay with it. Even though you're not aware of any fault on your side it's big trouble now and at least that ammount of money is probably lost. Also not fair. But in the end you are partly fault not checking it.

When i wrote to discord team to review my punishment, i told it was correct to punish me because i was in a server had violated the rules, but the flag for 2 years in my opinion was too much because, as i said, i didn't write anything, i didn't download anything, i didn't upload anything and i also didn't pay using the bot.

"You got fake money without knowing. And now you're trying to pay with it." In my situation is more correct to say "I got fake money without knowing. And now i'm not trying to pay with it" For this reason i asked a reduced sentence

Everything is fine as long as no one reports 🥳
