As far as the Other Site can tell, no, it's not. He is supposedly making one more major update to "finish" Season 1 before he starts working on what he calls a "remake" and everyone else understands is a demake (he's starting it over with RPGM as the engine, and Daz3D renders, with him having little to no Daz experience).

Some guy copy-pasted what is supposed to be MoolahMilk saying that the remake isn't happening after all, but I really would've preferred a screenshot.
I hope it's true that Moolah came to his senses, and that he can salvage what was once a very promising game.

Well, that's good to hear, at least, assuming it's accurate. I have no clue what possessed him to even consider doing a remake like that, though. I like a good Daz game, but amateur Daz games look way worse than some of the worst HS/KK games out there, and as far as I can tell, no one likes RPGM except netorare fans.

The only thing that needed to be remade would be the MC who looks like he's got fucking mange. The rest of the characters look fine and I'm interested in the one girl you met when visiting that one house. Switching from renpy to the walking simulator wouldn't make any sense.

I had no idea this game was even still going. The last I checked in the dev decided to completely go in another direction and quit posting free versions. The game got off to a good start but I for sure needed outside help with it. I'd be so lost at this point it probably wouldn't be worth picking it back up

No it's still mostly side content. The dev has pretty much abandoned this game as far as I can tell. He constantly says he'll release one more update, but then ghosts his entire community. Has ranted about all the pressure he's under in the past about making the best game possible, but then doesn't keep promises.

As much as I love this game (had some of the hottest scenes from rape/male dom perspective), I don't expect it to be completed. I wish the dev best of health, and do hope he's willing to finish the game as he sees fit one day.
