In True Husband it's your wife, not girlfriend, but she has a daughter you can get involved with.

Same for Next Steps, though that one's a little odder because you control multiple characters- so you can play as the husband and pursue the stepdaughter, and then in other scenes play as his son and also pursue her.

Lessons in Love doesn't really have official girlfriend relationships (cause the main character is supremely dysfunctional) but there are at least two mothers you can be sexually involved with while also screwing their daughters, and at least 3 more that will likely wind up in the same situation relatively soon.

Eternum has both your landlady (like, actual landlady, not your mom) and her daughters as main love interests.

False Hero (abandoned, but lots of content) has the main character gradually seducing his childhood friend while also making moves on her daughter. No idea how far either relationship actually got though.

Polarity (earlier project of one of the Radiant devs) was shaping up to be all about this, with a couple mothers set up to be the main "public" love interests for the MC while he also got involved with their daughters. Sadly, it's abandoned; what's there is pretty good though.

Corrupted Love - To those who want to argue this still applies to OP's request, keeping it vague if they choose to play so story is not spoiled.
Grandma's House kind of falls into the parameters a little bit with some of the LI's, there are others where it's open. It also flips what the OP asks as well where you play with the mother while keeping it quiet from the GF.

If it's just GF it does narrow it down quite a bit. If Jeffnews just means LI it opens it up to quite a bit more.

yea LI's is what I'm most looking for I know a lot is in the members + section trying to work my way up good games have to wheat on updates lol

Ok that really does open things up.
Reason I made the distinction is there are a lot of incest games where you get with a family member and their offspring. Often you get with your mother then sister while keeping quiet about it. Other times you get with your sister then go after their daughter / your niece and try to keep it quiet as well.
Along those lines here is another off the top of my head.
Proud Father - Get with sister then your niece and try to keep it from your sis.

All My Girls - GF and then going after her daughters, last I played hadn't gotten anywhere with the daughters yet though.
