I agree that the MC is rather weird looking. What's interesting for me are the appearances of the mother and sister. Thet are both interesting looking. Not the most beautiful modeling I've ever seen, but they have personality. The tertiary characters are standard fare for games like this, nothing special. I do like the mother and sister. The game could just focus on them and I'd be happy. It would be nice to have some lesbian content (beyond a single kiss that goes nowhere), but so many people are whiny little bitches about it, they just can't live without a dick in their face, so I can live without it. It would just be nice.

Installation:
PC: Extract to main game folder (where the executable is located), overwrite existing files when asked.
Mac: Unzip to a temporary folder, right-click your "CultureShockChp3" app, click "Show Package Contents", go to the "Contents" folder, then the "Resources" folder. Hold the Option key, and drag the folder named "game" from where you extracted the mod to the "autorun" folder inside the app package. Finally, click Merge to complete the install.
