discussion Creating content with a pad instead of desktop computer

I don't have a desktop computer and mainly use my Android pad for access to the internet. Will that affect my ability to create things like Gifs or Animated Gifs besides the obvious storage space? My knowledge about computers mostly consists of just surfing the web but I would like to try and create my own. The GIF button on my keyboard does give me access to some that are already made but I would like to be able to add my own text. I'm going out on a limb here asking for help. I would not even do that if I would have found a thread related to it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are such features on IOS devices, but I don't know if they are available for android. But if you are using an android tablet, it would be more logical to do research on youtube for this. You can find the necessary programs there more easily.

Also, nowadays you can attach a keyboard and mouse to tablets, so you can use them like a computer. But of course nothing will replace a 14'' laptop.

Thanks. I'm looking into getting a laptop soon. I've done a little research. Come to find out it's actually not as complicated as I was thinking it would be. I tend to make a mountain out of a mo!e hill.
