Just from what I've come to understand about sex from various books, videos, and games it seems like ejaculating inside of your partner has a lower chance of you getting wet stuff all over your hands and face than trying to remove a condom after you've ejaculated into it. that still doesn't solve the problem of sex juices getting on and around your penis though, so either one is a tough sell for me.
