discussion Conversation malfunction

I apologize if this has already been requested, but I couldn't find it.

The problem is that I can't find anything to click to start a private conversation with another user. I don't know if it's my problem, or if you have to have special requirements, or if I did something (?????) that denied me this option?
Before I could do it just by clicking on a user inside a thread.
