It's the little thumbsup counter you can see under your username on the left side:

Basically, if you contribute in a meaningful way to a discussion, answer questions, or share content - if people appreciate your contribution, they can ''like'' your post or relpy. This is considered positive community feedback!

They haven't been really specific with it, if there is like a minimum requirement. At some point you will receive 'trophy points' for getting a certain amount of likes, which is one of the methods of gaining the member+ tag.
Other than that, I imagine it's mostly done so that a member with 50 messages and 0 likes, most likely isn't really leaving comments with any value, if that makes sense. But seeing are people eachother likes and such left and right at the moment, you will most likely naturally be fine if you just dont post total nonsensical replies

What if I don't need "positive feedback from the community"? Should I hang myself or throw myself in front of a train? I learned a lot of interesting things here today.....
I think, instead of inflating traffic, the owners should make access to the resource paid. Inexpensive, like, $1 a month for starters. Fans of "restricted games", I think they'll find it a small price to pay.
And for the rest - a lot of alternative resources. The Internet is big, you can find everything.

A penchant for drama I see. A lot of that on the internet also.
Personally I prefer this solution above the pay for access one.
And this site is much better than any alternatives.

The issue with asking for payment is twofold. On the one hand, it is not an (safe) option for plenty of people. The pricepoint isn't what's relevant, it's the fact you have to make a payment. Payments (money) are always traceable, and especially if you're from a country with stricter policies regarding this type of content, you really don't want to risk doing that.
The other one is on a legal level for the website itself, which I won't bore you with here. But suffice it to say, is that accepting money to access certain content, brings a long a whole can of worms.
The TLDR is, you don't ''need'' anything. If you don't want to jump through the hoop, don't jump through it. Find another place

I know such places, but they are in Russia, Belorussia and Ukraine. Yeah, war is war, but lunch is on a schedule. As cynical as that may sound.
