It's not taken down, but they are not allowing new members in. The reason why isn't clear, but there is a lot of speculation. Some believe that the site owner is just burnt out while others believe that they are under more legal scrutiny and don't want to get into legal trouble. The truth is, at least to my knowledge, is that no one knows.
