This is definitely a game. Not bad, but the proportions are definitely something.

This is another game where you really have to love exaggerated body proportions to get into the game.

That said, I still thought the Black Widow and Super Girl characters were cute.

For some reason, I also kind of liked the She Hulk character. She isn't hot, but the sheer ludicrous nature of the character amused me.

As for the main character -- you know that stupid trope from Japanese games where the main character has no face? Well, that could have been extended to this guy's entire body and it would have been an improvement. Just let me see the girls and read the story without having to see this guy's little kid face attached to the steroid inundated body and tree trunk wiener.
