I've gotten stuck in the "verifying you're a human" loop where it keeps trying but never succeeds. I've read where sometimes it helps to refresh the page or try a different browser( just make sure you maintain the proper protective security level, i.e. cookies, JavaScript...) I couldn't get it to work so I just DL the game from another site.
