Yeah, like not only 500-foot tides but even solid rock flexes a good 10 feet daily (=a fuckton of extra frictional heat). Looks pretty, but wouldn't want to live there with all that resulting volcanic activity and earthquakes, which in turn probably makes the air almost as hot and as dense as that of Venus aside from the daily eruptions somewhere in probably every county. Of course I quess they could be in a different universe where the laws of physics are different, but that's a bit of a stretch.
The moon is close enough that it's visible in the daytime, wdym? It's just not as visible as this one is to so many points on the world. Would be cool if this were an alternate Earth with a similar history to ours but with vampires and whatever other monsters as well as magic but i understand if the dev doesn't want it to be Earth. It leaves a lot of room for doing your own thing if you don't have to remember our history
Only problem I have with aliens is how remarkably human they almost always look, down to the same number of fingers and toes (and in this case sex organs too). Like life on their planet started the same way via RNA and so did the entire evolutionary path after for the whole 3-4B years to get the same present day result. Not impossible I guess if like in some fringe hypothesis we were seeded as apes a few million years ago from some older human species from a different star system, but otherwise the odds of that just randomly happening by coincidence are probably far less than 1 in quadrillions even when including every planet in all 2 trillion visible galaxies (all but a few billion or so of which are now unreachable anyway, universal expansion sucks). Of course I guess none of that matters when we are supposed to take even just porn logic at face value.

Dunno as I don't have time for Patreon slop. My guess is someone somewhere will make a gallery unlocker at some point, maybe. Until then I tend to save at every choice and go back and pick a different one if I missed a scene. I did play this before incest was removed and as far as vampire stories It was meh (though still early at that point), In The Shadows Of Ashwood far better imo and as a bonus last I checked that dev doesn't bend a knee to Patreon (so what he makes hasn't been tainted or even ruined by Patreon's version of morality and nothing has been changed or removed from his original ideas afaik), though he's now juggling 2 AVNs.
Yeah, I just love Earth's history so I try to incorporate a lot of it into my fantasy writings in an alternate universe from ours where magic, monsters, gods, and many varieties of other things exist.
Honestly speaking, I feel like the plot of Kartoba may have more potential than Ashwood's (albeit I love the potential for incest in Ashwood and the models). It's a shame the incest was lost but since this doesn't contain smols I don't care a lot anyways. I do enjoy something more 'vanilla' from time to time.
