All of today I've had issues when logging into the site. The flow was always
  1. Enter User/PW
  2. Enter 2FA
  3. "Oops something went wrong"
  4. Red page "Your IP was permabanned"

A few times I managed to see a CF CAPTCHA, but even when I filled it correctly I got "banned".

Happened with Firefox & Chrome in Incognito Mode with Add-ons disabled. Funnily enough, with Tor Browser it works without issues…

Verify that you are human

This action was flagged as risky. Complete the configured CAPTCHA check to continue. Normal trusted users should not be challenged constantly.

This is the message i get as well, and i run no scripts or addons. I get IP-banned for being a bot for a while, then I can come back in.. very frustrating.
It verifies the captcha, then shows another one which is clickable, and "continue" button is enabled. Clicking it just kicks the page back to the first captcha and so on, until ban.

I ran into the EXACT same thing ... let it cool down for a few minutes ????

I was going to send a strongly worded message to the admins giving them a piece of my mind ... only to find out that I don't have any to spare.

NOTE: Tor working points to IP tracking in addition to login tracking, because for all intents and purposes Tor is a VPN. I can see account tracking, however with IP tracking, it becomes pointless, since activity SHOULD be associated with accounts and not IP's.

I got in once with TOR, clicked a forum link and waddya know: same issue.
At least that time I could actually see the captcha popupwindow, but it kept failing no matter how I clicked it.

I keep getting this text
Go away. Automated scraping and unwanted bot traffic are not welcome here.

Same problem here. I know I'm a lurker and pretty much only read and download stuff, but this new "Anti-Bot" doesn't seem to be working as intended yet...

Yeah, this is when it bans you for a while. Even from accessing your own profile etc. =/
