Probably dark 2, but they all seem similar.

I'd say all of the options look too young. I assume she needs to be at least 40, unless she was a teenage mom or our MC is below legal age.
And you get some visible changes by 40. Like wrinkles - even if you take good care of your skin, some still appear. Those models have super-clear faces of 20-years old. Or someone in heavy make-up.
Add some signs of aging to have her look the part.
Key is in smaller details, mostly textures.
