Epifania is a city where money can buy everything. This autonomous territory is managed by megacorporations, private armies, and independent trade unions. You are an ambitious person who came to this sinful city hoping to make it big. However, you have no powerful or rich relatives in here. The only person who seems to believe in your potential is an infamous Devil Investor. And she just happens to have a mission for you: renovate an abandoned building and transform it into the best brothel in Epifania City!

I wish there were more brothel simulation games out there, that’s why I decided to create my own. The greatest challenge in the development of this title is in creating a balanced game. Not too easy, not too hard, and not too grindy. There is obviously some grinding involved since this is a training game, but I try to make it less repetitive by having a decent amount of girls and by promoting variety through some in-game mechanics (training different girls in different skills is more efficient than training the exact same thing over and over).

You can help the development of this game by leaving feedback in this thread or in the Discord, be it bug reports or criticism regarding art, sound, gameplay, etc...

The unavoidable repetition in this game probably will make you sleepy toward the latter half of it, but the graphics are not bad for the most part, and you get into the sexy stuff right away. The scenario doesn't make any sense, which means the story doesn't make much sense, either, but it doesn't need to. This looks like a second or third attempt at this kind of project by a developer who knows how to do better than what to do just yet. Then again, it's as though the developer is trying a few tricks to see how well they work and might be having trouble deciding what to leave in and what to leave out. The general theme obviously is brothel management, and that much is done well, but I can see that the dev wants it to be about more than just that. I reserve judgment and say let's wait and see what the finished product plays like.

Looks like that might be at the breeding ranch, and I didn't get quite that far with the game before moving on. Kind of reminds me of Bob from Fight Club, though. "Go ahead, Cornelius. You can cry."

Definitely not interested in anything grindy. Not sure why devs include that shit and why they don't make stuff a lot of people don't like avoidable if it isn't the focus of the game - like ntr, futa, etc. Grinding should also be a tag.
