Overview:

The childhood friend from the overview that is visiting, you can select what her relationship is to the MC. Default is just friend, but it seems like she's intended to be a sister. It's been a while since I played this and I don't think I ever got around to playing the most recent update, so I can't speak to if the dialogue fits well or not.
