If you don't have the main page game already installed, then yes, you would need to download it. Otherwise just download the update and extract it to the games "game" directory, there will be overwriting involved

In this version our hero finally gets some success with Anna (Mommy) as in oral and or anal (repeatable). Also, Lucy (un)willingly flashes some boobs for sweet Bobby... and that's about it so far.

Well okay so not much more than in other remakes. Honestly i would play it for the sister content. Not so much into mommy things

Find the Rainces version called Bad Bobby, v1.1.0 it might be more to your liking
A warning though, Bobby's not so nice to Liza in that one
