Stop trying to get Devs to change their games. Those you who attack anyone who dares allow another dick in the game have destroyed many would be developers. You aren't doing anything constructive by complaining about a game you already know you don't want to play.

You and I appear to have varying definitions of 'attack'. I feel that I was pretty measured and low-key with my request.

And in games w/o the Pregnancy kink/tag, sharing bothers me less, but the inherent uncertainty of paternity that sharing produces in Preggo games turns me off. Since I like the Preggers kink/tag, I'd prefer to have the option to skip sharing rather than skip the whole production, but skip it I am doing.

Note: I'm not petitioning to prevent you from enjoying the sharing content, but for the ability to skip it myself and still enjoy the game.

You seem to have come down with a hard case of "Go to the candy store to tell everyone how much you hate candy."
If the sharing is skipped, then there is no other content.
IIRC there isn't even a perspective character for you to pretend to be mad about getting cucked or whatever.

I see it more along the lines of going into a candy store, noting that all of the candy has cardamom in it, and asking "Would you consider offering some candy without cardamom in it, please?"

I'd intended to make a single post request, but when folks then tell me "go away, this is not for you" etc., I feel the basic need to defend my simple, one-time request.

And, in regards to 'there isn't even a perspective character', how does it have the 'Male Protagonist' tag if there's no perspective from one of the male characters? Is it Multiple protagonists (but not marked so) or 3rd person perspective?

It's a family where they all enjoy each other. Something severely lacking in a sea of one dick to rule them all games. There's plenty of cardamon free candy out there for you to enjoy, but maybe you might enjoy cardamon if only you weren't prejudiced against it along with every other loud mouthed cardamon hater on these sites. The anti-NTR crowd has destroyed more developers than any other critics as far as I'm aware of. It's gotten to the point where they're afraid to try to make a semi-realistic game because God-forbid another man dares to make love with a woman no matter if she's a LI or not. Because in the eyes of the Anti-NTR crowd, every woman in the game is a potential love interest.

The funny thing is, you know this guy would be ass-mad if there was someone in a harem/romance thread asking if the dev could change the fundamental pretext of the game to suit what he wanted over and over again. I don't know how someone can love the smell of their own farts that much to be so lacking in self-awareness.

Hi all.

Update from me, both with good news and bad (hopeful small ones that gets resolved quickly)

I finally get the other project laid to rest and got it launch so i could focus on this one instead, it really toke way more out of me that i wanted. And toke way more time then i had hoped, and it drained me in trying to keep everyone updated.

But i got started on making more on the game, and luck would have i got enough money to upgrade my rig, that defiantly would speed up the process a whole lot.
But i must admit in my eagerness to get the newest and greatest i didn't see that the 50 series aren't compatible with DAZ, so i'm stuck not being able to render but looking into solutions and gonna keep you all updated.

Hope this haven't deterred you playing the game once i get the next update out.

Just to let you know, Glyph decided to skip the buildup and cut straight to the whole family coming together. He said earlier that the plan was to do some of the scenes he skipped, so there may yet be some daddy daughter time in the future. I'm looking forward to it, but I hope that he's able to get his new rig to be able render DAZ. Also, I love the whole family aspect that is missing in most games of this ilk, and don't want him discouraged or spread too thin trying to please the crowd that we already know won't like this genre.

His new card is a 5XXX series and didn't realize DAZ doesn't currently support that, so waiting for the newer DAZ version to drop with support for his card. He doesn't want to drop more money on assets in another platform in the mean time, plus he has been really work on some good things around light and camera focus etc.

no gay and no futa silliness that I saw and I hope there never will be (though there is the tag), assuming it doesn't get abandoned like on-holds usually lead to. As far as sharing it's unavoidable irrc, but there really isn't a fixed protag either anyway (basically just a family orgy scene).

Bullshit. The NTR genre has been going from strength to strength in terms of it's availability and quantity. A quick look at the latest updates page at any time will show at least a third of them will have an NTR or sharing based tag. 5 - 10 years ago you'd be lucky if there was one.

Now I don't have a problem with this as I think we should all get access to the content we hunger for so long as as it's not harming anyone. But to sit there and moan about people ruining devs in that genre because they ask for options is just silly.

You people need to realise, and I mean people on both sides of the argument, that all you're doing is complaining about people complaining. Neither of you will ever change the other's mind, so either let it be or take it to the PM's. The rest of us don't need you filling up threads with irrelevant nonsense.

yeah and this is why I never pay 2x as much for 10% more speed as far as the latest PC parts; Day 1 bugs, driver issues, compatibility, etc. The first wave are just rich debuggers and profits for NVidia's shareholders from people that overpaid as far as video cards. I got a used 4090 and put a waterblock on it for a whole $800 (prob from another guy that upgraded too soon) and ended up with nice $150-$200 heatsink as a bonus. The 5090 from what I heard is only 20-30% faster anyway even when working as intended. During my (horrible result) practice I've noticed with Daz the bottleneck is not render time, but simply loading the scenes for rendering, and seems those times have not changed in years. Some of the more complicated ones (dozens to hundreds of objects and models, basically maxing out the vram when in 4k) can take like 3-4x more time to load than render (something like 20mins/5mins) and even a 14GB/s NVMe SSD and 64GB of DDR5 with a 16-core 7950x doesn't speed that up much as far as loading. A 5090 would still be 20 minutes/4 minutes, so basically $3000 to save 1 minute each render (which most devs do while they sleep anyway). Maybe the next version of Daz will fix the loading issue but I'm not holding my breath, 3D artists have been complaining about it since the 6xx series 13 years ago from what I gather.
