Seriously. It was a fun enough game when I first started playing, but I honestly have no idea what is the original and what is the furthest remake, and at this point i've lost interest in trying to figure it out.

It feels like "Big Brother Universe" by now, I'm totally lost among these flavors, it's like chocolate 70% vs 65%, it's really hard to tell them apart, often times.

If you want to try the game, I would recommend starting with the ORIGINL by Dark Silver. When you get fed up with the mechanics grab the guides and use the one for the first week or two so you can avoid the WORST issues.

Once you have tried that you should look at the 'Tags' on the other version to see if they have content you want to see or avoid. Honestly, it can be difficult to find what you want when dealing with this game (either with different versions or mods). For the most part you will find either NTR focus or avoidance, so you need to choose based on personal preference of content.

Sorry I can't be more help, but as I said the different versions all have different focuses.
