I highly recommend these two games called Insexual Awakening and Insexual Awakening 2. In it, both the MCs (IA1's Nate Williams and IA2's Daniel Cummingham) are young shotas with equally young penises. I downloaded through dev's pixiv and it seems to be bugged to hell. No way to advance at the beginning after talking to either sister or mom (events seem to be random on each new game start)
