I'm working through Quickie: Love Hotel Story at the moment, pretty fun blend of management sim and sandbox.
For straight up sandbox, Degrees of Lewdity is a favourite of mine, but its largely text based, so may not be to everyone's taste

If you're into feet, I definitely recommend Midnight Paradise, and even if you're not, it's a really good sandbox game; the girls in this game are magnificent.
