By all means, people should try BB's games. His biases are super obvious. Virtually every non-white, non-Euro/German, non-Christian character in the games is somewhere on a spectrum from annoying jerk to over-the-top villain. The biggest bad is an atheist of Turkish Muslim extraction, who kills people for mispronouncing her name. He literally has a character referred to as something like "Nazi teacher" who is a sympathetic character. Unless he has completely rewritten his games since the last time I played, the white nationalist themes are right out in the open. Sure, there are a few white bad guys, but they're mostly mooks. And the fact that his games generally don't have a traditional MC who you might otherwise be able to ascribe these views to, makes it even more clear than it might otherwise be.

My point is, it would be really sad if people start avoiding his games because they think he is some type of racist, because that's not true, a lot of people already think he's a crazy psycho, but he is one of the sweetest people I ever met, his games were made for people who seek a different type of game, and that's what he delivers, but that doesn't reflect his personality or beliefs

i would add the Enslaver series to the list. isnt the best in this genre but worth a playthrough.
TheNastyNickCollection would also fit into this genre but isnt realy a game.

For me the top Games are:
Apocalypse, Personal Assistant BHE and Raptus because of their overall good production quality.

Malignant has been to dark and ATM Adventures is just to crazy for my taste.

Id say every game made by Seath(Blackheart Games),Raptus might be one of them but that's as far as avns go,if you take Japanese rpgms(or any japanese game for that matter) into consideration too then those are the best when it comes to "rape" altrough you mostly play as a female mc which is a turn off for most people since they cant put themselves in the fmc perspective
