Edit: Everything was finished long time ago, the only thing that is added from time to time is remaster of scenes. In my opinion pointless, game is completed for years now.

More sister element cause you have 3 sisters in the game. But there are also lot of scenes with the mother. Beware that it can get pretty grindy to unlock all scenes (Multiple endings, really lots). You can build a harem of combination of sorts: mom + sis1, mom+sis1 +sis2... There are also side characters (not incest) that you can have endings with. I think maximum harem wedding possible is 7 brides.
