yea overall prosperity of it, but it does not say within in game wiki how to raise it sadly, I have tested different locations and policies/FS/Edicts and i cant go past 25 which makes me either believe that 1. Player arcology is capped unless using cheats to increase max prosperity 2. ai is just cheating

yes LaC and MoR are good, Inheritance is getting there but give couple more updates and it will be there too

yea figured out what it was, apparently creating intelegent/body strong slaves only arco is actualy detrimental and you need to go other way around, also i always keep taxes at low and max out infrastructure to best i can, still hope it gets updated as it has been while since it has
