What about phantasmagoria a puzzle of flesh. There are a lot of game that have Halloween side story's (chloe18,AFamilyVenture,TheHeadmaster, LustTheory ext..) and there, the mist.

I wanted to recommend the same game. Although it is not a classic Halloween game with pumpkins and sweets, it becomes spooky a lot after you passed the early game parts with character introductions.
There are some other games with Halloween specials. Unfortunately I have none present right now.

Honestly, i hate all the holiday extensions. Be it halloween, christmas, easter or whatever. Games should never include that stuff (or make it avoidable) since it has to be up to MY mood when i play them and it sucks to get this holiday crap out of season. Thats also something i hate in series, you mostly end with some christmas episodes and they suck even more during summer.
