For Bi stuff I'd say the Sequel series got some decent content (though significantly less than straight). Kemomimi treasure hunters(and other stuff from the creator Acid style) is kinda balanced in that regard though the main focus is monsterfucking for both male and female (other games tend to have some scenes with human males but never the focus as he makes female heroines but still some decent content). Erotas2 has good content if you're into shota. Stuff from Aria corporation tends to be more balanced but they love scat so it can be a turn off even if some of their games have a option to disable the content. Monokage club got some good stuff and so do both bitch family games.

its some yiff shit, but axyn is a pretty good game nice movement if youre looking for something beyond sex scences, the only caveat is that the sex scenes are kinda meh

Made me remember that records from censura seems to be a promising project. Updates are slow but is has a cute'ish style and decent customization
