Banking System Overhaul

We have completely revamped the banking system to ensure a stable economy while rewarding active users. The new system prevents "infinite money" hoarding while giving everyone fair access to interest earnings.

1. Dynamic Banking Caps
The bank now has a limit on how much you can deposit to earn interest. This cap is not the same for everyone it grows with your activity!

Your Personal Cap is calculated as:

Base Limit + (Your Post Count × Per-Post Bonus)​

so i had no access to the internet for a long while. I thought I had coins in the vault, but I don't. Was there some change where all funds were 'withdrawn' automatically that I missed? (It's entirely possible I just hallucinated, my brain is broken). I just remember thinking "oh cool I can withdraw now that should have built up something!" and instead my vault/bank has 0. (No worries if there was a change, I know it's all a bonus anyway)
