Overview:

If you saved at the end screen, rollback to the Tom Tucker screen, proceeding from there should allow you to play the next chapter.
If you are looking to replay the game with some interactions being altered, when prompted with to enter your name you can type "gigachad" (all lowercase). But I would hold off until you have played through the game at least once to see what's different.
