When I click the itch link, there's only a game called "Sarah's House." Judging by the look, it's very likely the same game, just with a name change. That one is up to 0.7.7, and was updated around 30 days ago, where this is 1yr plus old and the initial release.

Can anyone confirm it's the same? Comments make it sound good, but could be just glazing.

It's the same game but since Itch wanted the purge all incest content the dev needed to change the title and probably some dialogue.
