Yes, just played Dire Desires and was wondering if there are more, maybe with a lighter tone but mainly uncle/niece content

Eh, tough call, I played a lot of incest games but rarely uncle/niece theme. There is "The Secret in Summer" but it's hardly a game. I will have to think more about it.

• Dirty Pool is abandoned, but contains two cute nieces and enough lolrandom to make you wonder what the dev was smoking.

I can't really think of anything else. Unfortunately uncle/niece is sadly underused.
