No animations but art and storywise imho one of the best Ren py games out there.

I think they're referring to Mason. Doesn't work if you are defining the terms as strictly MTF. However, in the asshole route Mason kind of goes FTMTF, which can be a similar eroticism.

Anyway, Liliths throne has whatever mixes you could want.

Not a renpy game but Tomgirls of the Mountains and Trap Shrine are both pretty good imo.
