If you're looking for new New Vegas content, check out literally any quest mod by SomeRooster/deleted2159825 (same modder, different accounts). His New Vegas Bounties series feels like it should have been a part of the actual game. Same goes for th3overseer, some exceptionally great quest mods that, again, feel so lore friendly that you could forget that they weren't in the vanilla game. The Tales of New Reno series by CellblockPsycho is great. And Autumn Leaves by BaronVonChateau is pretty damn brilliant (and suspiciously familiar to a Fallout 4 Far Harbour quest that came out AFTER the mod).
