its not really management game but 23 sisters has lots of pregnancies and childbirth although you dont see the births

Neko Paradise HAD the best birth scene, but the the dev removed it because it was too much work to do it for every character. And it was for my favorite character (note, keep older versions of the games you really like!)

It still has some of the best pregnancy in a Renpry game.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but "Minna Daisuki Kozukuri Banchou" might be good. I only played the first hour or so of the game long time ago so I don't remember much, but it has pregnancy+childbirth, not sure if they actually showed it though. The VN also has a carrom/rpg mixed into it, it's kinda unique, it focused on repopulating and you can use your offsprings to help you in battle
