discussion Any chance of tweaking site reaction cool-down time?

I didn't see a site feedback group; if there is a more appropriate place to post this, please let me know.

I wondered if there was a chance that the admins might consider lowering the reaction cool-down time just a bit from the current 3 mins? I get the need to curb abuse, but if you see 2 or 3 posts in the same thread that you like, sometimes it is tough to wait long enough, and if you leave it to come back you might forget it. Maybe it could be an hourly or daily limit, or start low and steadily increase (like 60 seconds for the first 2 or 3 per day, then 2 mins for the next 2 or 3, then 3 mins after that). Maybe the site software doesn't support something that complex, but whatever could be done would be greatly appreciated (I'll still love this place no matter what, though).

Rank up and the limits vanish.
Its meant to slow down the first rank so people dont mass-spam to unlock the rank on their first day. If you want to insta-unlock a rank you'll need to buy it.
The whole point of the rank thing is to scare away the rats who like top report anything they dont like and to let those who worked or paid for it to think twice before they lose their account over nothing ^^
