Good to know it's not as bad as I expected. Thanks for that. To be fair, I was playing FFXIV last year on medium or so with no real lag. At least not any lag that affected gameplay itself. It was just the cutscenes that slowed down mostly.


Both of the PoE games were damned good. I'd say up there with the classics like Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, etc. And yeah, I can't pinpoint why, but I haven't been able to get past 2-3 hours in Tyranny before I stop and move on to something else. Tried like three times now, so I don't know if I will again.

I've only completed Tyranny once. I love the idea of the story but there's definitely something off with the game play. One of the problems is the companions are not memorable. I love the idea of working for the Dark Lord after he won.

will there truly be a more better game than Brotherhood?

Man. Brotherhood was flipping awesome.

I loved 2 and brotherhood. Played all of them except the newest one but I really lost most interest after brotherhood.

Kinda stopped after Edward.....but in all honest AC died when Desmond died. They made everything Modern AC kinda stupid when they killed Desmond.

I recommend playing black flag, it has the best ship mechanics in a videogame I've seen; and it's combat system is fleshed out to the point, where if you've played that one, you've played them all.

Brotherhood is the best AC game but I'm with Teaspoon with Black Flag. Didn't know how much fun being a pirate with the AC engine would be so much fun.

Now that I thought more about it, I remember it was the magic stuff or whatever that turned me off of it, combined with other smaller stuff. It was cool and fascinating for about half an hour or something, and then it just didn't click with me any longer. It's great that I can customize the spells and stuff, but I just didn't care for the way it was implemented.

To me, Black Flag was the best. Something about it was just so fun. Maybe all the chances to upgrade the ship, gear, base, and all that.

the biggest thing i remember about tyranny is from a lets play a guy did that went in to the political, economic, and thought process of how it would work for its time period and it was glorious
