Also you will realized that most poor farmers will spend subsidies poorly......I remember back in the day when there were aid money given to farmers to modernized their equipment and help them buy seeds but they spend it instead on appliances like TV, cars, cooking appliances, and other electronics not related to farming. Now they just made the process more harder and generally never give cash anymore haha.
