this is kinda tricky, but, people who report this type of content are impulse, they don't wait years to report something so we start trusting old accounts
account activity: people who report don't spend much time "wondering" the site, they go straight to what they need to do, they don't want their names linked to this type of place
and the most important, or what I spent more time looking at
Real activity: RATS DON'T MAKE GOOD GAME REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY NEVER PLAYED THE GAMES

But I never really rated any games.. And I also haven't been playing a lot games since the forum changes..
