Looks like a strong start. This update really just introduces the characters. Looking forward to more updates.

As for the Title, Altered, I'm assuming it's referring to the MC who was/is altered. In case it's unclear why the title is what it is.
Promising game for sure.
As usual I find it hard to visually see the age difference of the ladies. In *most* games, the "mom" looks about the same age as her daughters. In this game, it's a bit like that too. At least most of the ladies looks nice.

Surprising to read all these so good reviews.
Game is on the right tracks, yes, story seems interesting, some of the characters are likeable but I feel there are some issues that are hard to pass by...
The relationships definition has to be reworked. For example, if you input "sis", later in the story you have some "siss" when the two (not so) twins are together.
The writing is all over the place. Many mistakes, no (or not enough) punctuation.
Renders feel really static.
Will keep an eye on it though, could really be a good game due to the development of the story.

If so, my money is on Aunt Laura. Although, depending on how soon Haley comes back, she might beat her to the punch.

Not a bad start, story is interesting and an angle I haven't seen before so that is refreshing to me.
You are gonna need to find some proof readers, it's not bad but there are mistakes to be found.
Alt name tags are messed up. You should give an example how it will work out in game as my first play through was a mess due to the misunderstanding. An example was given before with Sis turning into Siss instead of Sis', but what really got me was alt name for Laura which I put as "Aunty L" , what I got in game "Hi Aunty L Laura" and it happens a lot.
I suggest offering how commonly it will be seen and if possible duplicate the players input in a highlighted manner so the player can see how it will read out, For example "Hi XXXXXX Laura, what are you doing today?"
Another issue is Sandra's alt tag in play through is using the one for Laura, so my initial play through was even worse with her as "Hi Aunty L Sandra". I just used "Aunty" for Sandra. I decided to double check after playing through and started a new game and this time I used Aunty S for Sandra and Aunty L for Laura to see if it might have just been something with my first play through, it was not, it still only used Laura's alt name input.
I did enjoy what you have done so far, I am only pointing out issues I found at this time in hopes it will be caught and fixed early on instead of building up later on.

Solid renders, good characters, and incest? I'm excited for this game's future. Hopefully this doesn't age poorly
