Been working sloooowwwwlllly on a Ren'Py game and was sidetracked by AI. Here's a sampler of some scenes. Plan to have 20 chapters per act and I'm only on Chapter 3 (15-20 min of game time). This will be a Game+ but the sample reel is pretty vanilla. Tech spec's... It's Wan2.2 I2V with loops and regular linear vids. I will use FISH audio to supplement game sound fx. Sad part is my 5080 GPU's aren't cutting it for full HD so everything is resized which degrades some quality and cuts down audio length and fidelity. Any advice, tips, questions or comments are welcome. I'll post an audio clip when I get a chance.

I think the animations look good and are very smooth. They will definitely help raising the quality of your game, in my opinion. They have an "AI" feel but the characters and environments are clearly not AI generated, and that mix works very well.

There's just one thing I don't like about AI animations, and you can kind of see it in the "learning how to kiss" parts; the way they start in a relaxed position and proceed to jump at each other at the same time like someone from behind the camera just shouted "action!" is completely unnatural to me, takes away a lot from the meaning of the scene. I see this a lot in AI videos in general, AIs don't really have the concept of action-reaction. I don't know if you can somehow fix that, or maybe create the scene in a way where you can just use the kissing animation and maybe get there slowly, more naturally with still images and descriptions.

You're not wrong. You have 5 seconds to complete a scene. So, to get the most out off the time, you use commands that push them into action or you amp up the speed by adding frames or increasing the natural tempo. Faces will only hold for 3-5 seconds before they start warping. So, you have to change camera angle (with a new Daz render) or you try to keep their faces toward the viewer. The "Therapists Office" is 2 different Daz renders spliced together in DaVinci Resolve. Took me like 15 renders/prompts to get the first one to match up with the second. It's tedious, but sill WAY faster than Blender.
