Is there any pornstar manager game similar to
AV Director Life!

Not only about shooting VID, but more focus on Branding the performers, like contracting, events organization, creating merch etc.

Hard call. There is Lula: The sexy Emire and HunieCam Studio, but I doubt they are what you are looking for.

I think Brazzers has a game that is a little like that. Didn't play a whole lot of it befor I moved on to another game so can't give a decent review.
