Overview:
You'll step into the shoes of an adventurer living it up with your sis, diving into dungeons on your own. The goal To find ingredients for the ultimate cure-all, 'Elixir Rubrum' to fix your sister's unique health issue. Alright, this game should go back to turn based combat or something, because the enemies are way stronger than I am and attack much faster than I can. Also I can set my character to swing his sword a thousand times but I only seem to end up back at home and there's no increase to my stats. NO idea how to level up, there doesn't seem to be a menu, no gear slots, so what I find just goes wherever, except for weapons, which go in the first slot, but don't seem to make much of a difference against the enemies since they kick the shit out of me before I can kill them.

Needs some serious balancing. I don't mind doing a bit of a dungeon grind to play a game, but for fuck's sake (ha-ha), make it worth it. Don't have my character get 3 shot by a fucking mushroom while frozen in a block of fucking ice he can't break out of, or swinging away at a mob that has twice the HP and hits 5x as hard while I'm doing chip damage. I wouldn't put up with this shit in a $0.99 RPG, I'm sure as shit not going to put up with it for a fucking porn game.

Remember your audience, tolerance for bullshit is low. If you want to make a dungeon crawler, look at some actual dungeon crawlers and emulate those. But for the love of fuck try playing your game as if you didn't design it and seeing if you enjoy it, because I'm betting not.
It's obtuse and so far all I've done is piss off the sister and get my ass handed to me in a dungeon, or gone off to a side screen and gotten my ass handed to my by a fucking apple, or down a ladder and gotten my ass handed to my by zombies. None of which gave me the ability or opportunity to avoid just getting insta-gibbed. So... yeah, fix yo shit.

So, I guess the game is still in development, because there're things that seem to be getting started but not actually in the game yet. There are scenes where sister's pussy is in view--I dug through the game files for a little bit, and found animations of her fingering herself and getting fingered by MC. There are also apparently animations for a scene of her giving MC head, buuut only her hair, his arms, and his legs were in those game files, so either it's half-finished or there's a big censor circle in game or something. The only other time MC's cock is in the game files that I could find, was him using her panties to jack off while she's taking a shower--but even in that scene, the penis is completely not-visible, the panties cover it completely.
So I guess that the answer is that it's not technically censored, there just isn't any fucking in the game yet. I found some untranslated text in the translation .json that implies things will be going further with the two but I didn't find pics or animations for anything else.

How do I view games in Game+? What permissions do I need?

You need Members+ role from the site shop (https://lewdcorner.com/dbtech-shop/members.15/).

You can gain coins through activity on the site (mostly by posting). A common area people do this is in the anti social thread where it's easiest to find a random recent comment to start replying to (https://lewdcorner.com/threads/anti-social-lurker-hideout-spot.12155/). Last I heard, people have earned the 750 coins needed in a few days of being active in places like that.

This was done because there was harassment for the site with things like constant reporting of the content, so they made it take some effort to even see the content exists.

Nice game so far but for now pretty light on the content. Only handjob and blowjob scenes with slight variations, some teasing, voyeur stuff and limited sleep interactions. However, the quality of the content that's there is great and their updates aren't too infrequent. It's easily the best use of RPGM I've ever seen, but with how much they've stretched the engine, some bugs are bound to appear. There's not much to the dungeon-crawling aspect either but there may still be more than appears at first if you keep searching.

I'd recommend to keep an eye on the game as it develops, but if you're interested in the animations without all that bothersome "game" stuff, maybe run it through MTool and mess with some variables/cheats. Some of the scenes are still quite difficult to unlock because of the very specific conditions. Really, I just wish I discovered the game a year or two from now. It's quite ambitious but it shows amazing potential.

Edit: Perhaps this should have been a review. Oh well.
