His parents have to attend a company dinner and decided to call a babysitter because his overprotective mother fears the fever might return. To our protagonist's surprise, the babysitter is his age. What will happen that night is something our protagonist will never forget.​

This would be a lot better if it was not a Patreon game. A shota with this older sister as the babysitter. Then follow the same plot of the game. Would not even need to be rerender just a rewrite.
