Is this the final update or is there going to be a .12 to tie things up? I'd like to be able to play to the end now i've been holding off since like .7. This has been one of my favorite vn's story-wise.

This was the final update, did tie things up mostly I think, but it kind of felt the last couple of updates were a little rushed.

I had a feeling this would happen once he started saying he was already working on his next project. That sucks I liked the depth and detail of his world but at least the story had an ending not many vn's get that. Still one of my top 10.

I had to restart cuz I forgot alot. However I have an issue. Every time a new profile pops up with dialog Esther pops up and then disappears and then the right image shows. It's not affecting the game but it is annoying as hell since I have great periferal vision. Can someone help or should I just get horse blinders

I could be wrong but it sounds like you bugged your save by skipping a lot of dialogue in succession, which is normal when restarting a game and getting through the lore dumps. Basically you skipped the dialogue faster than ren'py could load the next section so Esther's image got stuck in limbo and once you saved it afterwards she was stuck for good. Only fix I can think of for that is start a new save or try to load an earlier save before it started.

Starting an earlier save didn't work on my end. I had this happen also, but when I was going to stop playing, I would often skip ahead a little bit to see what was coming up, didn't realize that was what caused it.

Edit: Actually I just passed it off as the game taunting me since Esther was my favorite and there weren't hardly any scenes with her LOL.

I'm not sure. I started a new game cuz it's been a while and I remember maybe playing both choices but instead of saving just using Auto save and skipped until I got to new choice. Maybe It was me. Thanks for the reply.
