Overview:
When a young girl has the ultimate power over your emotions… do you want to resist?
A successful middle-aged man takes a break from work to take care of his shy goddaughter who for unknown reasons is developing empathic powers that can influence emotions. As they spend more time together and explore a dark event from their past, the story explodes into a mix of drama, old secrets and sensual revelations that involves a desperate married boss, a curvy ex-wife, a sporty stepdaughter and a mysterious exchange student.
This is a story-driven, slow-build game with emphasis on quality content. The first nine chapters with 740 images are available now with more to follow!​

No. Are you having issues applying the patch?
Just download the game and the very small patch. Extract the game, and then the patch into the extracted game's "game" folder.

Short answer: It doesn't.
Long answer: Get a file manager that will let you access and move files to the "Android/data/" directory. If you have this specific game installed, the full path to the directory you need is: "Android/data/com.burstoutgames.powersthatbe/".
You might be able to do put the patch file in there, but I don't play on Android outside of testing ports so can't give you much more than that. You likely won't be able to do it without root access, or a file manager that circumvents the protections Google put in.
