Solution for macs... go into a shell cd to the Libertine.app/Contents/MacOS folder and chmod +x the Libertine program in that folder. Suggestion to @cynist. Make sure your creating the rar on a non-windows system as the execute flag does not exist there. Or, if possible, not sure if this is...

I just ran a new instance (lost my prior saves) and had no issue with the branch I had taken, so maybe wipe(backup) your saves and try again? Though I didnt mess with the setting at all. OTOH: Wholly shit-balls was that a fucking wild ride. I have never bounced so much from glee to distgust to...
